Home Internet Connections
If you are a small company with basic Home DSL Internet connection.
We recommend you connect our PBX directly to your PSTN line so
your calls are professionally answered by our digital voice message
system and routed to the right people in your organization.While VOIP
may work on Home DLS, there are voice integrity issues that occur
during heavy bandwidth usage, that can significantly degrade the VOIP
call quality. As a result we do not recommend the Home DSL connection
or guarantee call quality. Please see Business DSL.
Business DLS Connections
Business Level Internet connections (UNS) provide a better Quality of Service.
However this is subject to quality line testing, how many Kbs download
and upload the connection can handle reliably. How many extensions will
be used and what is the Internet traffic like during peak usage, including
hardware configuration. Careful network planning and calculation are
required to execute the right Internet, PBX and VOIP mix before
deployment.
Fiber Channel Connection
Fiber Channels is the ultimate backbone to any growth businesses and
provides great communication opportunities not normally found on PSTN
lines or DSL connections. Fiber Channel is available in most major cities
throught New Zealand and is now very competitively priced.
